Designing the whole organ

The making of the pipes and the wonderful noise they made has motivated me to put together a design. I enlisted the help of a skilled CAD monkey (my Dad) to confirm it all by interpreting my drawings.

The frame was drawn from a front and side elevation. There was enough space to add a blower box, bellows, keyboard and windchest. The pipes topped the whole thing off.

The layout is very similar to chamber organs, with the blower and reservoir in the bottom followed by the keys, action, windchest and pipes.
